| Terms and Conditions of Purchase Divemorrungulo LDA Goods and services offered: Divemorrungulo sells the following: Scuba Diving Packages; Scuba Courses; Accommodation Packages; Adventure Activity Packages; Transportation Packages and Meal Packages. Return/refund policy: In terms of Scuba Packages not completed during stay : Scuba Packages will be refunded Pro-rata in the event that dives are cancelled due to weather, mechanical failure or operational challenges on behalf of Divemorrungulo. This refund will be processed at the end of your trip to Ponta Morrungulo and the refund will be done back into your credit card or bank account by EFT for the dives that were not completed.
There will not be any cash refunds. Scuba Courses that are not completed due to weather, mechanical failure or operational challenges to will also be refunded at the pro-rata course price less the cost of materials at the end of your stay at Ponta Morrungulo Dives missed due to customer arriving late or not being present will not be refunded. Refund Policy for all booked packages: Any Booking Cancelled at least 30 days in advance will be refunded in full and will not be subject to cancellation fee. Bookings cancelled less than 30 but more than 14 days prior to arrival are subject to a 50% cancellation fee, Bookings cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival are subject to a 100% cancellation fee. Privacy Policy : All customer information is treated as strictly confidential and will not be passed on to 3rd parties other than Ponta Morrungulo and Liquid Adventures Limitada in Mozambique for the purposes of completing bookings only.
